Shipping & Delivery Policy
This document sets out the Refund & Cancellation policy that applies to customers that make a purchase at www.vidyaupasna.co.in or via mobile application. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team at support@vidyaupasna.com
- Cancellation & Refund are considered only if subscribers request us within 7 days of plan activation.
- 20% + GST will be deducted from the paid amount as an “Cancellation & Refund Processing Charges”.
- Cancellation & Refund requests are accepted from registered email address of the subscribers.
- Requests that are being sent at support@vidyaupasna.com are only considered for refund.
- Subscribers need to produce Paid Invoice Copy of the subscription plan for verification.
- No cash refund at any cost.
- The cancellation & refund process may take 15 to 30 days post subscriber’s date of request.
- All the disputes regarding this will be under Nasik Jurisdictions.
